Reservation  Deposit  and  Cancellation

Reservation can be made by fax, phone, e-mail and letters.
A deposit is required with reservation of tours, hotels, air/train tickets or other services. Deposit should reach our account no later than 7days initial reservation. Balance is due 45days before the commencement of the tour or other services. 
1, Tell us your date and flight with time of both departure and Arrival in China, make sure above quotation; 2, e-mail us your profiles (marked in your passport) such as full name, sex, date of birth, nationality  (citizenship) and passport number for reservation; 3, once the tour and flight availible, we will inform you to bank wire full payment to the account of our corp..(account be e-mailed to you in our e-mail sooner);  4, after  your payment has reached into our account fully, we will make re-confirmation to you on this reservation, and e-mail you some details about your tour; 5, all tours subject to be change and adjusted if necessary.
 

Deposit

100USD/person for normal tour; 300USD/person for special tour. Certain tour depends on agreements.

Payment

Full (Balance) payment to our account made before your arrival city in China.  And tour services should be stopped if your payment haven't reached into our account once you travel. And usually make payment 45days prior to your arrival China.
Till now Credit Card is not available for payment to our Corp.

Cancellation Policy

1, If the reservation is cancelled by your side in any case, then the deposit is not refundable;
2, If the valid & confirmed tour reservation is cancelled by your side for any reason, then cancellation fee as:  If more than  60days prior to the date of your arrival China, then 300USD/p.p. is not refundable;  if 59days-31days prior to the date of your arrival China, then 30% (at least more than 300USD) of full cost(quotation) is not refundable;  if 30days-20days prior to the date of your arrival China, then 50% of full cost(quotation) is not refundable; if 19day-0days prior to the date of your arrival China, then 100% of full cost(quotation) is not refundable; as well as cancellation (and schedule, itinerary changed by tourists) made while touring, then 100% of full cost(quotation) is not refundable too . 

And full payment be refunded to you if tour cancelled by our side at any reason, but no fine from our side, no compensation from our side.

And We keep the right to adjust the schedule even omit some sites (sightseeing) if necessary, and also no fine from our side, no compensation from our side.

Visa

Visa arranged by yourself, in general it is very easy to apply the visa. If necessary, we can do a invitation letter for you, but before invitation letter to you,  we must make out the schedule and cost, as well as deposit made to us. Anyway we can't guarantee it!

International A'ticket

In our quotation does not included the International flight, and the international flight by yourself via your local agent at cheaper price.
