We will arrange your legal internships, usually in China law firms, and it availabel to meeting with some law experts or professors in university or lawyers association if your reqiurement, as well as trip to visiting more legal experts in more cities.

Internships and visiting cities will be arranged either one of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, SuZhou, Shenyang, Chengdu and Guangzhou etc, any city available in China.

If in China law firms, usually in quite wide range of legal services, including but not limited to international investment, finance, banking, due diligence, M&A, intellectual property, corporate reorganization, bankruptcy and assets securitization.

In general, to assistant attorneys to provide legal services in the practice of international investment, intellectual property and operation of foreign-invested enterprises and financial institutions etc;  to draft agreements and other legal documents. Students have participated in meeting with clients, assisted in drafting documents, prepared correspondence, and drafted legal memoranda

Some internships needs junior or above student major in law from a top-tier law school; some needs a stay in China over 6 months; some needs law experience.

Some offer a trainee subsidy and free accommodation & lunch. But some offer nothing but only lunch. And some even needs your paid.

To understand a China's laws and its legal system, it is necessary to understand China law practice and Chinese practices.

This legal internships for students to see first-hand how Chinese lawyers navigate the maize of often conflicting regulations promulgated at every level of Chinese government (national, provincial and local), and to see the importance of personal relationships in obtaining the requisite approvals;  to see the distinction between the written law and its application.
