Yang Opera
The Fenghuang Yang Opera was first performed in Qing Dynasty, one of the
local operas with a strong ethnic unique and with its full and
complete range of leading and supporting roles. The opera's vocal singing
in a simple and huge, bold and unconstrained style, features a quick
rhythm, quiet and tasteful tunes, spoken parts in local vernacular, and
plots of humor, charm and wit. They are mostly the descriptions of local
people's life, working as well as the local conditions and customs.

(08April) Festival
Dancing rounding flowers in the moonlight on 08Apr (Chinese lunar), is one
of the Miao's traditional festival. And every 08Apr, all Miao people in
colorful ethnic clothes gathering in Luochaojing town from Chongqing,
Guizhou, Hunan to dancing, singing day and night in sunny and moonlight.
