Detailed Itinerary

Day01, At about 08:00- 08:30, meet you at your hotel in Chengdu downtown (better around People's Park area), (If in Jinhe hotel) walk about 10 minutes to Kuan Zhai lanes (Wide and narrow alley) for visiting the Chinese traditional countyard; and then walk about 20 miuntes to People's Park for enjoying the folk dancing and singing, tea house and ear-cleaning (if you like), watching the marriage matchmaking etc; lunch arranged as local snacks. Then walk about 30 miuntes or taxi to Jinli Street for visiting and enjoy the folklore and the handicrafts.
Later go to Wuhou Ci Heng Cross Street to visit the Tibetan street which Tibetan Arts & Crafts Street Little Lasa (Tibetan Quarter) at Wuhou ci cross street, Wuhou ci hengjie, is home to Chengdu’s Tibetan population (as a Tibetan "enclave" in Chegndu). This authentic Tibetan district shows the lifestyle of Chengdu’s Tibetans and offers a chance to buy Tibetan crafts, such as prayer wheels and thangkas, as well as an opportunity to sample Tibetan food. There collects lots of Tibetan Buddhist religious articles, statues, clothing, jewelery and pop music, tibetan cowboy hats, Tibetan souvenirs.  Some stores carry woolen clothing, scarves and bags that make for ideal gifts.
At about 18:00 take taxi back to your hotel, or if you like you can enjoy the (optional) Sichuan Opera performance in the evening, as well as dinner as (optional) hotpot. (L)
