Temporary Entry China Vehicle Plate & Driving Certificate Application Procedure

Temporary (Import) Entry Vehicle Plate with its Driving Certificate applied only in the port where your entry China. And it valid for 3 months only. And must driving in marked area and routes.

It needs following materials for you to apply for the Temporary Entry Vehicle Plate & Driving Certificate.
1, Vehicle Owner Certificate with its Chinese version (translation).
2, Vehicle Immigration Certificate issued by China Customs.
3, Certificate from Chinese Organization if activity organized by Chinese Organization.
4, Automobile Safety & Technical Inspection Certificates with its Chinese version (translation) if issued in foreign country.
5, China "Automobile Liability Insurance" (Covered) Certificate.
6, Temporary Import Entry China Vehicle Plate & Driving Permit Application Form

PSB will issue the Temporary Entry Vehicle Plate & Driving Certificate in 3 days if all above materials valid.
