Itinerary
Day01(08Jun), Arrive Beijing, our experienced guide meet you at Beijing a'port with a paper writing your name while your arrival by your flight, and then transfer to check-in hotel with your passports, have a good rest in the evening to acclimatize to the new city, have dinner in hotel, and overnight in 3* Hademen hotel.(D)
Day02, 07:30 morning call, and 08:00 for b'fast (buffet mixed both Chinese and Western), at 08:30 drive to hiking (soft) and visit Mutianyu Great Wall which less tourists there(crowded in Badaling Great Wall, the one of the greatest project over the world), in the afternoon visit Temple of Heaven, in the evening enjoy the Beijing Opera performance, then transfer to hotel, overnight in Hademen hotel.(B/L/D)
Day03, 08:30 drive to visit Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and in the afternoon take rickshaw ride to the old Beijing lanes (Hutong) to see the local people living Hutong, as well as visit Lama Temple, and have a local lunch in the local Hutong family, in the evening enjoy the Acrobatic Show, overnight in Beijing Hademen hotel. Day04, Take morning flight to  Xi'an , visit Terra-Cotta Warriors in the afternoon to learn the Chinese ancient military and greatest Emperor Qinshihuang, in the evening enjoy Tang Dynasty Dinner and Performance, overnight in 3* Wanhao hotel or 4* Diamond Int'l hotel.(B/L/D)
Day05, Take morning flight to Chengdu, visit Chengdu Panda Base, enjoy the lovely giant pandas, in the evening enjoy the Sichuan Opera performance, overnight in 3* Jinhe hotel. (B/L/D)
Day06, Drive to visit Dujiangyan Irrigation System in the morning to understand Chinese ancient philosophy in solution ecological problem, and in the afternoon to Pixian county for visiting Nongke Village (means Agricultural Skill's village, famous for its Nongjiale, the originate of Nongjiale in China; Nongjiale, means have relaxing and spare time in peasant's house at lower cost and share fresh air and sunny time) to understand the local village social structure and economic conditions, talk with local family members, plants and flowers skills, as well as the China Reform's influence in agriculture, have a dinner in local family, and then drive back to Chengdu for night in Jinhe hotel..(B/L/D)
Day07, Drive to the Longevity City - Pengzhou town, visit Pengzu Tomb to understand the knowledge in life longevity (Pengzu, was an immortal long life elder aged 800 years old), guided by local Longevity expert, and in the afternoon back to Chegndu, and talk to an expert in "Longevity and TCM Herbs", to identify and learn the major Chinese herbs involved in longevity, and take herbal dinner, in the evening take foot herbal washing and body message for relax your body, overnight in Jinhe hotel.(B/L/D)
Day08, Visit Seniors' University or University educated retired elder association, to understand your counterparts in China, you can discuss with them in various fields such as in daily life, retired life, family condition and marriage,  new generation problem, learn Chinese brush painting, exercise ancient TCM healing techniques, elderly biking travel etc; in the afternoon have a talk with a Merchant Association in tea house, Hotpot for dinner, in the evening enjoy the senior's body exercises, elderly singing and dancing at roadside or streetside or in park. overnight in Jinhe hotel.(B/L/D)
Day09, Drive to visit Sanxingdui Ruins Museum, which is the originate of ancient Sichuan cultural center, and back to visit Wenshu Monastery to understand the Buddhist influence in Chinese culture and daily life, and then walk around Wenshufang shopping area, as well as Chunxilu shopping area, local style dinner for you in Longchaoshou, overnight in Jinhe hotel.(B/L/D)
Day10, Drive to Chongzhou to visit ordinary farm family, to understand China's agriculture labor structure and the income structure; and have an excursion to visit local Elder House operated by local peasants, and have an exchange with the elders in Elder House; or have an interview with Social District Office (the basic and lowest government office in China, named as "Shequ" in Chinese, similar as original Government Street Office or Residents Commitee) to understand the local basic government office's role and usage, how to resolve the resident's problem etc, overnight in Chongzhou 3* Tianli hotel.(B/L/D)
Day11, Take long distance bus (mini bus) to Daofu through Kangding, and overnight in local Khampa people's family for real summer sojourn vacation.(B/D)
Day12-Day30, In Daofu local family for your vacation, interview with the host and learn local works if you like, as well as enjoy the sightseeing and scenery, horse riding etc.(B/L/D)
Day31, Take long distance bus back to Chengdu, transfer to Jinhe hotel for night.(B/D)
Day32, Take morning flight to Beijing, transfer to hotel for check in,  overnight in Hademen hotel.(B)
Day33, See off at Beijing a'port after b'fast.(B)

Quotation: 2250USD/p.p., single supplement 500USD.
If extra stay in Daofu, then cost extra 270USD/10days , single supplement 140USD.
Departure date(Day01): Daily in May, Jun and July, every year.
Included: meals marked (local style), accommodation in marked hotel or similar one (2 persons in one room) and local family in Daofu, all transfer and transportation by car or van or coach with experienced driver, a'tickets of Beijing-Xián-Chengdu-Beijing with its a'port constructon fee and fuel surcharge, and experienced English speaking guide service, coordination and cost for all marked activity, entrance fee for sightseeing, tour body insurance.
