Background Information: Tax Service Charge & Government Fee for Real Estate & House

1, Foreign investment in real estate under China's law. Some cities opened fully to foreign investment for land & house developing, some not, and some under permit.
2, Foreigners can purchase any house in certain cities, but in other cities only some building which allowed to foreigners. In this case, houses in some cities to all, but some cities divided into 2 section(one to domestic market, another to foreigners).
3, New houses in Beijing and Shanghai, price range from 1200USD/mē to  5000USD/mē; and in Xi'an and Chengdu price range from 600USD/mē to 2800USD/mē. 2nd hand house in Chengdu now range from 400USD/mē to 650USD/mē.
4,  Villa more higher than above.
5,  House Tax, 4-5%.
6,  Governemnt fee, 0.5%-1%.
7,  Land tax 1.5-5USD/mē.
8, Registeration and book lot, 10-50USD.
9,  Service charge, 3-4%.
10, Sales Tax: 5%.
11, Income Tax: 20%.
