Guidelines to practice China Qigong
Tour Code: QG-401 Day01,
Arrive Beijing, then flight to Chengdu, transfer to Qingchengshan (Mount
Qingcheng), overnight in hotel.
Day02, Brief introduction to Taoism and Qigong, and also to Qingcheng
Mountain, overnight in hotel.
Day03, In the morning class for Qigong, and in the afternoon hiking tour
in Qingchengshan.
Day04, Full day class and Qigong practice.
Day05, Full day class and Qigong practice.
Day06, Full day class and Qigong practice.
Day07, Full day class and Qigong practice.
Day08, In the morning qigong practice, and in the afternoon excursion to
Dujiangyan Irrigation System.
Day09, Full day class and Qigong practice.
Day10, Full day class and Qigong practice.
Day11, In the morning, drive back to Chengdu, visiting Qingyang Palace,
Chengdu Panda Base, overnight in Chengdu.
Day12, See off at a'port to Beijing after b'fast. Quotation:
1450USD/p.p. for 2-5persons; 1150USD/p.p. for 6-9persons; 850USD/p.p. for
10persons and over.
Included: accommodation in hotel, tuition, text,
English speaking interpreter service, Qigong practice, a'ticket of Beijing-Chengdu-Beijing
with a'port construction fee..
Excluded: meals, medical examination if necessary, service in Beijing, any other
service not included above. Departure:
