5, Keep practicing one kind of Qigong.
6, Empty your body.
7, To be nature!

1, Too much.
2, Too busy in body and mind.
3, Expect too much, too soon.
4, Be worry and anxiety.
5, Much  sexual action.
6, In menses for ladies.
7, In sickness.
8, Some patient.

Warning.

Some person can't practice Qigong.
