1, Shops are open 7days a week from 09:00 to 21:00 for center or big shops, 10:00 to 17:00 or 19:00 for free market or small shops, 17:00 to 23:00 for evening market.
2, Not all shopping center accept credit card, keep cash better for shopping special in free market.
3, Keep the receipts carefully in case you need to return or exchange your buying.
4, Carry a small calculator with you.
5, If you can't speak in Chinese, writing it in price and quantities to show the seller.
6, Get a expert if you want to buy antique and it cost much more.
7, China price system as 3: Fixed prices by the State, Regulatory prices by the state, and marketing price. And tour shopping most are marketing price.
8, Shopping in China better for: porcelain, calligraphy and painting, books, jewelry, curios, furniture etc.
