Day01, Chengdu-Lhasa (or from
your international school via Chengdu) by morning flight. Spend the rest
of the day getting adjusted to the high altitude, overnight in Lhasa.(D)
Day02, Tour in Lhasa.Visit the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhore
Street, in the evening family visit and enjoy the Tibetan Dance & Song
in Tibetan family with dinner, introduction to the Tibetan family
structure, as well as the Tibetan Dance knowledge, overnight in Lhasa.

Day03, Drive to (need get local car while leave the main road)Yamdrok
Lake for trekking a full day, visit local family, and enjoy the Highland
lake and birds and plants to understand the ecology knowledge in Tibet,
(lunch arranged as Fast-food), then drive to Gyantse in the evening,
overnight in Gyantse. (B/L/D)
Day04, Visit Palchoi Monastery, Gyantse Old Town, and then drive to
Shigatse, visit Tashilunpo Monastery and local Bhazar.
overnight in Shigatse .(B/L/D)
Day05, Drive to Lhasa, and visit Tibet Museum,
and visit one Thangkha shop or visit Tibet Lhasa color spring welfare
special school (Xizang Lasa Caiquan Fuli Xuexiao), and interview with
the expert to learn how to make a Thangkha painting etc, in the evening
a lecture on Tibetan Religion & People Daily Life (2hours), overnight in
Lhasa. (B/L/D)
Day06, Visit Sera Monastery and Nobulinka, Carpet factory and interview
with the expert to learn how to make Tibetan carpet, as well as to
Tibetan Hospital to understand the Tibetan Medicine (interview with
expert), overnight in Lhasa.(B/L/D)
Day07, Transfer to the airport for morning flight to Chengdu or back to
your international school or your country via Chengdu.(B)

Minimum: 10students.
Included: all meals, accommodation (3* hotel arranged, 2 persons share one
standard room), transfers and transportation in Tibet
by coach, all entrance fee for sightseeing, a'tickets of
Chengdu-Lhasa-Chengdu with it's a'port construciont fee, English
speaking guide service, expert service marked, lecture fee, family visit
