Day01, Chengdu--Lhasa , our guide meet
you at the Gonggar Airport, then transfer to Lhasa, then take rest
in hotel for high alititude, overnight in Lhasa Shambala hotel.
Day02, One day sightseeing in Lhasa: Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery,
overnight in Lhasa Shambala hotel.
Day03, Drive to Gyantse, a very typical Tibetan small town, via
Yamdrok-lake(one of the three holy lakes in Tibet), visit
Zhongshan Relics, Gyantse Hotel.
Day04, Drive to Shigatse - the second largest city in Tibet, enjoy the
impressive landscape along the way. Visit Tashilunpo Monastery .

Day05, Drive 250km to Tingri, the nearest old town to Mt. Everest, get
an eyes' feast of Himalayan Mountains en route. Tringri Mt. Everest
hotel.
Day06, Drive 200km to Rongbuk Monastery (4980m, the highest monastery in
the world), trek or drive to the Mt. Everest Base Camp(5150m), overnight
in Rongbuk Monastery(Guest house)

Day07, Drive to Nyalam, a small town built atop of a hill. Enjoy the
impressive lanscape along the way. overnight in Nyalam Guesthouse
Day08, See off till the Friendship Bridge( the border of China &
Nepal ), dealing with the landed visa, then exit Tibet into Nepal; met
by our representative at Kodari (Nepali Customs) escorted to Kathmandu
with about 4 hours' drive. Free rest of time, weclome dinner will be
hosted in your distinctive hotel. overnight in Vaishali hotel.
Day09, Full-day sightseeing of the Old Kathmandu City, Pantan City,
Bhaktapur City, farewell dinner will be arranged in the typical Nepali
restaurant with Nepali folk sing & dance show. overnight in Vaishali
hotel.
Day10, Exit from Nepal for home.
