In this page, in a short trip, we will arrange your adventure trip to the Yarlung Tsampo Zangbo Grand Canyon, which is the only water channel from the Indian Ocean to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, to catch a glimpse of Namjiabarwa Namjagbarwa Namjag Barwa Peak 7782 meters high, and into the river for viewing both river banks scenery along the river valley. The Canyon, with its unique right-angle turn, provides many fantastic natural views. The Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is the highest green land on earth. Green mountains have snow-covered peaks poking through the clouds. Tourist come to see the area's mountain belts, unusual plants and rare animals, and mysterious tibetan cultures

Itinerary ( Schedule )

Day01, Chengdu -Lhasa by flight with a'ticket and Tibet permit, guide and car to meet you at Lhasa A'port and transfer to hotel,  have rest to get adjusted to the high altitude,overnight in Lhasa 2* Flora hotel.
Day02, Drive to Shigatse through the old road across Kampala Pass, enjoy the Yamdrok Lake on the road, visit old town Gyantse on the road, as well as visit Palchoi Monastery, overnight in Shigatse.(B/L/D)
Day03, Visit Tashilunpo Monastery in Shigatse, as well as enjoy the local Bazaar (Bhazaar, local market), and then drive to Lhasa for night.(B/L/D)
Day04, Drive to Bayi (Linzhi), sightseeing on the road for Niyang River and Basongtso Lake, overnight in Bayi town.(B/L/D)
Day05, Drive to Yarlongtsanpo River for boat  (boat ticket cost extra) drive about 70KM along the Yarlung Tsampo Zangbo river Valley, enjoy the river banks scenery, plants and animals, and then arrive Paizhen to have a galimpse of Namjiabarwa Namjagbarwa Namyag Barwa Peak (Great Canyon ) in Namjiabarwa valley,  overnight in Bayi.(B/L/D, ready-food for lunch)
Day06, Drive to the Valley of Tibetan Kingdom to visit the Tomb of Tibatan King, and then visit Yongbulakang in Tsetang, overnight in Tsedang.(B/L/D)
Day07, Day excursion to across Yurlungtsampo River to visit Samye Monastery, and hiking up at the back hill, then drive to Tsedang (Shannan) for night.(B/L/D)
Day08, Day sightseeing, drive to visit Potala Palace (cost extra for entrance fee), Jokhang Temple, Barkhore Street, overnight in Lhasa. (B/L/D)
Day09, Free day in Lhasa, overnight in Lhasa.
Day10, Take taxi by yourself to Lhasa A'port for flight of Lhasa--Chengdu. (B)
